Where can I go to have a CD made from my physical photographs (not negatives)?

I have a pile of photographs that I'd like to have made into a few CD's - I have a scanner at home, but the quality of the pictures isn't very good once scanned... Any ideas as to where I could go to have quality images loaded onto a CD or uploaded to a computer? Thanks!

What country are you located? If in the US, try that all night copy center - can't think of name off hand but there's one in amost every state, coast to coast. Otherwise, go to a photograph store - they probably get these kinds of requests all the time or have contracts with a business who does have the equipment. Good luck

I would suggest putting the pictures on a floppy disc and scanning them elsewhere? Sorry not the best suggestion but just trying to throw out an idea. ♥
