how do i ask question in flickr?

I have trasnfer my all photos from yahoo to flickr,so this is totally new for me.When ever i send a e-mail to flickr,it's not working.
Is that any way i can contect to them?

You should use one of their uploading tools. The Flickr uploadr works fine for me, I use it all the time. If you're not using Windows, they have uploading tools for Mac OS X and Linux.
