I just changed my language on Flickr to a few other languages that I do not understand (Dutch and Spanish - not a single word, trust me).
Just below the greeting banner with my name on the page, the is a highlighted area with the list of languages that Flickr offers. English is available in the list (The word English is written in English).
Just click on it and you should be fine.
In case you cannot find the language links, or you are not on the main page, these links are available right at the bottom of every page.
