They are 24.99 for a year. I have one and I love being able to have flickr stats. Which tells you how many views you get a day, and where all the views are coming from. I don't think I could live without it.

In pro, you can upload as many as you want, but in standard, its limited to 200.

if u have a yahoo account, they give u a free flickr account for photos & u can use the same yahoo id. yahoo photos will close down their service very soon. flickr are right now giving pro account free for 3 months, later they will transfer the accounts to normal.

free: 100 mb/month upload limit, 3 sets, 200 most recent images, single photo can be posted to 10 group pools
