For optimal quality photographs should be at least 150 DPI at the size that you would like it printed at. If you have a scanner, you can save the file in RGB mode as a .JPEG. Save it at the highest quality setting with the lowest impression.

www.expressphoto.com.au it will only allow you to print them if they are at least a certain size. 19c which is really cheap also
